Nehal (Neal) Trivedi, Esq. a graduate of Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law, 2000, concentrating his practice as a commercial business and real estate attorney.  He has vast knowledge of the economics of operation and management of small and large retail and franchise businesses.  Over the last 20 years, he has represented thousands of clients and have handled thousands of simple and yet complex transactions.  He is passionate and proactive with clients to ensure that the transaction is favorable, yet fair and reasonable, to the client.
He has represented retails store owners, restaurant owners, gasoline operator, Subway, 7-eleven and Dunkin Donuts clients as all facets of issues and matters.In addition to business sale and purchase agreements, Mr. Trivedi handles commercial and residential real estate, leasing, franchising, liquor licensing and wills.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, and he is a member and is a general counsel to New York South Asian Chamber of Commerce and Brahmin Samaj of New York.
